Mission

HanCon's mission is to apply management concepts, principles, and techniques structured to the union's requirements and consistent with labor's culture and traditions to help build more effective, more efficient, and more democratic unions that are prepared to meet the challenges of the twenty-first century.

Objectives

HanCon's objectives are:

to provide excellence in service and problem solving;

to provide unbiased information and realistic workable recommendations;

to help implement innovative changes that are responsive to the union's unique needs;

to help integrate recommendations in the union’s operations and structure.
